Rowland Brothers West Wickham cared for my Mum and us as a family from the moment they collected her from our house in the middle of the night until the end of her funeral service and they had brought us home . Excellent service following the death of our mother. Rowlands provided support from the outset, advising us through all aspects of the funeral process. They enabled us to create a personalised, dignified funeral service with the funeral directors on the day even wearing ties showing the Jamaican flag. From the moment we walked through the door in the Warlingham until the day of the funeral, the service we received from RB was impeccable. Courtney and Maya were outstanding throughout, they made everything hassle free for us and I can't thank them enough. On the day of the funeral, Joe and his team were also ever so caring, patient and helpful, again making everything run smoothly on the day. The added touch of the personalised folder at the end which contained the funeral service booklet and pockets for messages, came as a surprise and shows how thoughtful RB are. Additionally the printed framed photo for my husband was also a great touch and added to the overall experience.
